Since 1989, Steve has been selling and leasing commercial properties in Connecticut and throughout the Northeast. He has represented national and local clients in all types of real estate transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet. Before joining Levey Miller Maretz, Steve enjoyed a successful 15-year career as a clothing retailer. He was a partner at Jimmy’s Army and Navy Stores, a family business started in 1921 by his grandfather. Steve is a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers and the New Haven Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Community Investment Corporation and is a past president of the Jewish Community Center of Greater New Haven.
Arin has been with Levey Miller Maretz since 2011 and leads our Connecticut property management team. Arin comes from a construction management background and has significant knowledge of buildings and maintenance needs. He has been managing properties since 2008 and is an integral part of our management division. He specializes in sales and leasing of apartments, condominium management and commercial property management and believes the client always comes first. Arin is a Certified Community Association Manager in the state of Connecticut (with CAMICB and CAI qualifications) and excels at condominium management. He also enjoys being an active member at B’nai Torah in Trumbull.
Property Manager / Realtor
Jeremy serves a wide range of clients and specializes in commercial sales and leasing, property management and residential home sales. He works with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and condominium associations, and is a licensed realtor and Certified Community Association Manager in the state of Connecticut (with CAMICB qualifications).He manages a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, including six condominium associations. As a property manager, Jeremy is involved in preparing budgets and maintenance strategies, as well as attending board meetings and going on site visits. Currently, Jeremy is managing condo renovation projects in excess of $1.5 million. Jeremy serves on the Woodbridge Economic Development Commission, as well as the boards of the Greater New Haven Jewish Federation and Hopkins School Alumni Association. He recently served on the board of Pulse (the young professional group of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce). Jeremy is an active member of the Walter Camp Football Foundation.
